From agents: name, email, WhatsApp number, business name, legal name, tax ID, address, IBAN, IVA status, and what you do in your account (proposals, bookings, payments).
About agents' clients: only what the agent enters: a first name and a description of the group (size, type, age bands, where they travel from, the occasion), the stay chosen, and whether the proposal page was opened. We do not ask clients for contact details on this site.
Technical data: IP address and browser type in our server logs, kept for security.
To run the agent account and the bookings (performance of the contract); to issue invoices and keep accounts (legal obligation); to keep the site secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interest). Guest registration for a stay is handled separately, as Spanish law requires.
Our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany), our email provider (Simply.com, Denmark), our accountant, and the owner of a partner villa for a booking of that villa. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Invoices and accounting records: as long as tax and commercial law requires (up to six years). Proposals that did not become bookings: two years. Agent accounts: until closed, then as required for invoices.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to hello@bookinfo.eu. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
